I find it curious that you think this would impact our family plans, as there are many possible outcomes in terms of work once I have a child. Why is it automatically assumed that I will be the stay at home parent? I mean, this could play out so many different ways.

I’m not in an open relationship, but there are concessions within it. I do occasionally see other people, and it’s always something which is first negotiated between me and Joel.

Why? Why not! I don’t know if I could ever be truly monogamous. We’re not jealous people. We recognise that there are aspects of my sexuality and desires that he simply isn’t able to meet. And so far, it’s worked out just fine.
